Pacemaker PH12650 exhaust headers (extractors) with PHB080P base pipe are designed for the Toyota LandCruiser 80 Series FZJ80R fitted with the 4.5L 1FZ-FE petrol engine.

This complete header and base-pipe combination replaces the restrictive factory exhaust manifold and corresponding engine pipe with a performance system designed to improve exhaust gas flow and engine breathing.

Featuring an interference design with 45mm primary pipes, 51mm secondary pipes and a 63mm outlet, PH12650 is designed to improve exhaust flow, torque, throttle response and engine performance while maintaining excellent drivability for street, touring, towing and 4WD applications.

Installation Tips

• Apply penetrating lubricant to manifold fasteners and exhaust connections before removal
• Remove all traces of the original manifold gasket and inspect the cylinder-head sealing surface
• Fit a new DSF084 cylinder-head-to-header gasket
• Trial-fit the PH12650 header assemblies and PHB080P base pipe before fully tightening the mounting hardware
• Protect the Pacemaker Blue or optional ceramic-coated surfaces during trial fitting and installation
• Check clearance around the steering, engine mounts, starter motor, transmission, wiring and surrounding components
• Check the condition of the engine and transmission mounts, as worn mounts can alter drivetrain position and exhaust clearance

• Inspect and re-tighten the header mounting hardware after the initial heat cycles
