For our interstate customers, some parts may be shipped directly from our suppliers around the country. Please note the following:
- In the unlikely event the freight charge is incorrect, contact us and we will rectify it.
- Sending to a work address is preferable. If sending to a home address, ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
- Inspect items for damage upon delivery. If damage has occurred, notify the driver before accepting the package.
- Pick-ups must be pre-arranged to ensure parts are in stock.
Express Shipping
For urgent deliveries, please let us know. We offer express shipping on request.
International Shipping, Customs & Duties
- We do not ship to freight forwarding companies.
- All customs, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- If your shipment is not received within 7–10 days from the shipping email, contact us and we will help locate your items.
- Shipments are not insured unless you specifically request insurance (costs charged at cost).
- All international purchases must be paid via Direct Deposit or a Verified PayPal Account with a matching shipping address, unless pre-arranged.
Returns & Refunds
- Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Incorrectly ordered goods may incur a 15% restocking fee.
- All freight charges for returns are the responsibility of the purchaser.
