Product Information & Fitment

Warranty

  • Products supplied by Best Mufflers are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Warranty applies to parts only.
  • Warranty does not cover labour, installation, removal, towing, or any associated costs.
  • Warranty will be void if parts are incorrectly installed, modified, misused, or damaged.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns must be arranged within 14 days of delivery.
  • All returns require prior approval from Best Mufflers.
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging.
  • Freight costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
  • A 15% handling/restocking fee applies to incorrectly ordered or unwanted items.
  • No returns will be accepted on used, fitted, or modified products.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

  • Custom-made or special-order items are non-refundable.
  • Production times may vary depending on availability and workload.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.
  • Best Mufflers is not liable for delays caused by freight carriers or customs processing.
  • Risk passes to the customer upon dispatch.

International Orders

  • All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and tariffs.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid before delivery.
  • Orders may be held until duties are paid where applicable.

Legal Compliance

  • Some exhaust components may not comply with local emissions or road regulations.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to check compliance with local laws before purchase.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Best Mufflers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use or installation of products supplied.

This includes (but is not limited to) vehicle damage, loss of use, loss of income, or additional repair costs.
