PH4006 uses Pacemaker's TUNED header design with 41mm (1⅝") primary pipes and 57mm (2¼") flanged outlets. Designed for higher-performance Windsor combinations suitable for stroked or supercharged engines.

IMPORTANT – Suitable for stroked or supercharged engines. PH4006 will not fit E-Series Falcon models.

Construction

Pacemaker PH4006 headers use mandrel-bent pipework and a vehicle-specific TUNED design developed for the Ford Falcon AU 5.0L EFI Windsor V8 application.

The standard headers are supplied in Pacemaker's protective blue finish. Ceramic coating is also available separately for customers wanting additional heat management and corrosion protection.

At 4,000 rpm, a naturally aspirated 5.0L Windsor V8 theoretically draws approximately 10,000 litres of intake air per minute at 100% volumetric efficiency and expels around 30,000 litres of hot exhaust gas per minute at approximately 600°C.

Actual airflow varies with RPM, engine load, volumetric efficiency, camshaft specification and engine combination. On a stroked or supercharged Windsor engine, actual airflow can be substantially higher depending on engine capacity, boost pressure, RPM and tune.
