Pacemaker Headers PH4085 – Ford Falcon XA–XE 302 & 351 4V Cleveland

Pacemaker PH4085 headers (extractors) are designed for Ford Falcon XA, XB, XC, XD and XE fitted with 302 and 351 4V Cleveland V8 engines. These high-performance tuned-length headers improve exhaust flow, increase torque, sharpen throttle response, and deliver the strong exhaust note and performance expected from Cleveland-powered Falcons.

With larger primary and collector sizing, PH4085 headers are well suited to modified and higher-output Cleveland builds requiring improved airflow and reduced restriction, while maintaining reliable fitment and durability.

• Clearance may vary depending on engine mounts, steering, and aftermarket components; minor adjustment may be required
• Due to the tight engine bay design of early Falcons, clearance near the gearbox crossmember on the right-hand side may be minimal in some applications

Will these headers fit all XA to XE 4V Cleveland applications?
These headers are designed for Ford Falcon XA, XB, XC, XD and XE models fitted with 302 or 351 4V Cleveland engines, subject to the transmission and shifter restrictions listed above.

Will these headers fit C6 automatic vehicles?
No. Pacemaker PH4085 headers are not designed to fit C6 automatic applications.

Do these headers suit 2V Cleveland heads?
No. PH4085 is specifically designed for 4V Cleveland heads and is not suitable for 2V head applications.

Are gaskets and bolts included?
Header bolts and tapered outlet reducing cones with gaskets are included. The recommended header gasket for this application is DSF018.
