Pacemaker Headers PH5039 – Holden VS Statesman 3.8L V6 Ecotec

Pacemaker Headers PH5039 are designed for selected Holden VS Statesman 3.8L V6 Ecotec models and provide a significant upgrade over the factory exhaust manifolds. With a tuned-length design, these headers improve exhaust scavenging, reduce restriction, and deliver stronger mid-range torque with improved throttle response.

Manufactured in Australia using mandrel-bent 1.50" primary pipes and 2.00" outlets, PH5039 headers are engineered to suit the airflow characteristics of the Ecotec V6 while maintaining excellent drivability for street use.

Installation Tips

To prevent scratching during installation, wrap the headers in cling wrap before fitting. Apply multiple layers for protection, trim around the mounting flange, position the headers in place, loosely install a few bolts, then remove the wrap before final tightening.

In Australia, performance exhaust manifolds were traditionally called extractors, while in the United States they were referred to as headers. Today, both terms describe tuned exhaust manifolds designed to improve exhaust flow and engine performance.
