| The difference between a "H" pipe and a "X' pipe is a "H" pipe only equalises the exhaust back pressure which produces a smoother exhaust note. A good quality x pipe also not only equalises the exhaust back pressure but because of the slight reduction in the overall diameter in the x section at mid to high rpm the exhaust gas speed increases which creates a scavenging affect creating negative back pressure. Our x pipes are machined in store and tig welded. | |
