Why Good Headers and Exhaust Systems Matter

  • At 5000rpm, a 351 Cleveland engine moves approximately 12,200L/min intake airflow and expels around 36,600L/min exhaust gas [@600°C]
  • At 6500rpm (600hp), airflow increases to approximately 22,000L/min intake and 66,000L/min exhaust output
  • Efficient headers reduce restriction, improve scavenging, and unlock usable horsepower and torque

Warranty & Compliance

  • Backed by Pacemaker 2-year manufacturer warranty
  • Verify emissions and registration compliance in your state

Frequently Asked Questions

Will these headers fit all XR, XT, XW and XY Cleveland V8 models?
These headers are designed for Ford Falcon XR, XT, XW and XY applications fitted with 302 or 351 2V Cleveland engines, subject to the transmission and shifter restrictions listed above.

Will these headers fit C6 automatic vehicles?
No. Pacemaker PH4070 headers are not designed to fit C6 automatic applications.

Do these headers suit 4V Cleveland heads?
No. These headers are designed to suit 2V Cleveland heads only and are not intended for 4V or non-Cleveland combinations.

Are gaskets and bolts included?
The tapered outlet reducing cones with gaskets and header bolts are included. The recommended header gasket set is DSF027.

Why do these sometimes sit close to the gearbox crossmember?
Due to the tight engine bay and original chassis design of early Falcons, clearance on the right-hand side near the gearbox crossmember can be minimal. Slight adjustment, engine mount condition, or exhaust alignment can influence final positioning.
