Pacemaker PH5366 headers (extractors) are specifically designed for Holden Adventra and Cross 8 VY-VZ AWD models fitted with the 5.7L Gen III LS1 V8 and automatic transmission.

The AWD drivetrain used in these models creates different exhaust clearance requirements compared with conventional rear-wheel-drive Commodore models. PH5366 is Pacemaker's dedicated Holden AWD header, using a Tri-Y design with 41mm (1⅝") primary pipes, 48mm (1⅞") secondary pipes and 63mm (2½") outlets.

Pacemaker currently lists PH5366 for 2003-2005 Holden Adventra and Cross 8 VY-VZ 5.7L Gen III AWD models.

IMPORTANT – VY Series II and VZ models require oxygen sensor wiring loom extensions. VY Series II requires PEX5367Y x1. VZ 5.7L requires PEX5367Z x1.

Will NOT fit Holden Crewman. Different Pacemaker headers are used for rear-wheel-drive Commodore and Crewman applications.
