How much does freight cost?
Freight charges depend on your delivery location, the product, parcel dimensions and available shipping services. Where a freight rate is available, it will be shown during checkout. How do I find the exhaust parts I need?
Use the search function in our online shop with your vehicle model, engine, part number or product type. Short searches such as “Ford XY”, “flex pipe” or “GU Patrol” can help. You can also browse the product categories.
What if the part I need is not listed?
Please contact us with your vehicle make, model, year, engine and the part you require. We can advise whether a suitable item is available or can be sourced.
Do you deliver throughout Australia?
Yes. We arrange delivery of eligible exhaust systems and parts throughout Australia. Shipping options and charges vary by destination, product size and availability.
Do you ship exhaust parts internationally?
Yes. Best Mufflers ships eligible exhaust parts overseas, including to the USA, New Zealand and the UK. International freight charges, import duties, taxes and customs processing fees depend on the destination and product. Please contact us before ordering if you need a freight quotation. Any applicable import charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Are there additional duties when shipping to the USA?
US import duties, tariffs and processing charges may apply. Where required, applicable charges are collected through a secure payment link before dispatch. Contact us for current details for your order.
Can Best Mufflers install my exhaust parts?
Yes. Our workshop at 87A Planthurst Road, Carlton NSW installs and repairs suitable exhaust systems, mufflers and headers. Workshop visits and installations are by appointment. Please contact us before visiting.
Do your exhaust parts include a warranty?
Products are covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty. Unless otherwise specified, the warranty applies to the supplied parts only, not installation or labour costs, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Which exhaust brands do you supply?
Our range includes Pacemaker, Wildcat, Hurricane, Redback, MagnaFlow and other exhaust products and fabrication components. Browse the online catalogue for current listings and availability.
Can you fabricate a custom exhaust system or headers?
Yes. We specialise in custom exhaust systems, headers and extractors for suitable classic, performance and modified vehicles. View our Custom Exhaust Systems page and contact us with your vehicle details to discuss your project.
What payment methods are available?
Our online checkout supports eligible card payments, PayPal and direct bank deposit. Available methods are shown during checkout.
Can I collect my order from your workshop?
Collection is available by prior arrangement. Please contact us to confirm stock and a collection time before visiting.
