Manufactured from quality high-temperature gasket material, DSF030 is suitable for use with standard exhaust manifolds and compatible aftermarket headers / extractors. It measures approximately 1.5mm thick and is supplied without a metal fire ring.
Holden Gemini: Suits the factory G161Z 1.6L engine and may also suit vehicles converted to compatible G180Z 1.8L or G200Z 2.0L engines.

DSF030 exhaust manifold / header gasket is designed for the Isuzu G-series G161Z 1.6L, G180Z 1.8L and G200Z 2.0L SOHC engines.
It is suitable for the Holden Gemini fitted with the original G161Z 1.6L engine and can also be used with compatible G180Z and G200Z engine conversions. These engines were also used in selected Holden Rodeo, Holden Jackaroo and Isuzu applications.

Fitment Notes
Please compare the port shape, bolt-hole centres and overall gasket dimensions shown in the product images with your original gasket before ordering, particularly on vehicles with engine conversions or aftermarket headers.
Installation
Ensure all traces of the old gasket and sealant are completely removed and both mating surfaces are clean and flat before installation.
For this gasket, we recommend applying a thin smear of good-quality high-temperature exhaust sealant around the exhaust ports. Allow the sealant to become touch dry before installing the gasket.
Check and re-tighten the manifold or header fasteners after approximately 500km of use.

Yes. DSF030 suits Holden Gemini models fitted with the G161Z 1.6L SOHC engine.
Does it suit a Gemini with a G180Z or G200Z conversion?
The gasket pattern is compatible with G180Z 1.8L and G200Z 2.0L G-series engines. Because converted vehicles may use different headers or manifolds, compare the gasket dimensions and bolt-hole positions shown in the product images before ordering.
Can this gasket be used with extractors / headers?
Yes. DSF030 can be used with compatible aftermarket headers or extractors using the same cylinder-head flange pattern.
Should I use exhaust sealant?
Yes. For this gasket we recommend applying a thin smear of suitable high-temperature exhaust sealant around the exhaust ports and allowing it to become touch dry before installation.
Can I pick up from the store?
