Ford Falcon XR-XT-XW-XY Sedan – Custom Twin Exhaust System 300hp–550hp

This custom-made twin exhaust system is engineered for the Ford Falcon XR-XT-XW-XY Sedan, supporting power levels from 300hp to 550hp. Designed as an extractors/headers-back kit, it combines a 3.00" X-pipe assembly, stainless steel mufflers, and mandrel-bent tailpipes for optimal flow, sound quality, and durability.

• 2.50" tailpipes with 3.00" tapered inlets
• Mandrel bent & TIG welded construction
• Pipework finished in matt black high-temp coating (rated to 800°C)

Fitment & Installation

• Custom made to order – front bends supplied cut-to-length for your application
• Due to header outlet positions, gearbox variations, and engine mount differences, bends from the X-pipe to the headers are supplied separately for adaptation
• X-pipe inlets are expanded I.D. to allow slip-fit pipes from headers for easy alignment
• Welding required at header outlets and X-pipe inlets
• Designed to fit XY Sedan, will fit XR, XT, XW with exhaust hanger modifications
• XR, XT, XW may need hydraulic brake line at the diff to be repositioned
