PH4096 features a tuned design with large 48mm (1⅞") primary pipes and 89mm (3½") outlets. Designed for high-performance Cleveland combinations, these headers provide the exhaust flow capacity required by modified engines using raised-port aftermarket cylinder heads.

Important: Not all aftermarket 3V cylinder heads have raised exhaust ports. PH4096 will only fit compatible raised-port heads. Confirm your cylinder-head configuration before ordering.

At 4,000 rpm, a 302ci (approximately 4.95L) Cleveland V8 theoretically draws in approximately 9,900 litres of intake air per minute and can expel around 29,700 litres of hot exhaust gas per minute at approximately 600°C.

At the same engine speed, a 351ci (approximately 5.75L) Cleveland V8 theoretically draws in approximately 11,500 litres of intake air per minute and can expel around 34,500 litres of hot exhaust gas per minute at approximately 600°C.

A well-designed header and exhaust system helps manage this high gas flow efficiently, reducing restriction and improving exhaust scavenging, torque, throttle response and engine performance.
