Pacemaker PH12630 exhaust headers (extractors) are designed for selected Toyota LandCruiser FJ62 and FJ75 models fitted with the 4.0L 3F petrol engine.

Replacing the restrictive factory exhaust manifold, PH12630 features an interference design with mandrel-bent 42mm primary pipes, 48mm secondary pipes and a 57mm outlet. The system is designed to improve exhaust gas flow and scavenging for better torque, throttle response and engine performance.

Important: PH12630 uses an inside-chassis design. Left Hand Drive compatibility should be confirmed before ordering.

• Trial-fit the header before fully tightening the mounting hardware
• Protect the Pacemaker Blue or optional ceramic-coated surfaces during trial fitting and installation
• Pay particular attention to steering and chassis clearance due to the inside-chassis header design
• Check clearance around engine mounts, starter motor, transmission, wiring and other surrounding components
• Check all exhaust connections for leaks after installation
• Inspect and re-tighten the header mounting hardware after the initial heat cycles
