Pacemaker PH4000 headers (extractors) are a performance upgrade designed for Ford Falcon EB, ED, EF, EL and XH models fitted with the 5.0L EFI 302 Windsor V8. Their performance-oriented design and mandrel-bent pipework help improve exhaust gas flow and scavenging compared with restrictive factory exhaust manifolds.

Featuring 42mm primary pipes, 48mm secondary pipes and 57mm flanged outlets, PH4000 headers are designed to improve usable torque, sharpen throttle response and improve overall engine breathing and performance. They are an excellent choice for restorations, street performance builds and weekend cruisers.

Fitment Notes

• PH4000 headers will not fit GT40P cylinder heads.
• GT40P cylinder heads were fitted to some later AU 5.0L Windsor applications, so confirm the cylinder head type before ordering.
• Protect painted surfaces and wrap the headers during trial fitting to prevent damage to the coating.
• Check starter motor, steering, engine mounts, wiring and surrounding components for adequate clearance during installation.
• Clearance may vary where non-original engine mounts, steering components or other aftermarket parts have been fitted.
• Verify emissions and registration compliance in your state.

Will PH4000 headers fit GT40P cylinder heads?
No. PH4000 headers will not fit GT40P cylinder heads. Some later AU 5.0L Windsor engines were fitted with GT40P heads, so confirm your cylinder head type before ordering.

Are header gaskets included?
The cylinder-head-to-header gaskets are not included unless specifically selected or stated otherwise. The recommended gasket for this application is DSF003.
