Pacemaker PH4075 headers (extractors) are designed for Ford Falcon XR, XT, XW and XY models fitted with 302 or 351 4V Cleveland V8 engines. Built to optimise flow from the larger 4V ports, these headers improve exhaust scavenging, strengthen torque, sharpen throttle response, and support strong horsepower in classic street and performance applications.

Fitment Notes

• Fits F.M.X automatic
• Will not fit C6 automatic
• Will not fit column-shift manual or automatic
• Designed specifically for 4V Cleveland heads and not suitable for 2V heads
• Use cling wrap or other protective covering during trial fit to help prevent scratches
• Due to the tight engine bay design of early Falcons, clearance near the gearbox crossmember on the right-hand side may be minimal in some applications

Why Good Headers & Exhaust Systems Matter

• At 5000rpm, a 351 Cleveland moves approximately 12,200L/min intake airflow and expels around 36,600L/min exhaust gas [@600°C]
• At 6500rpm (600hp), airflow increases to approximately 22,000L/min intake and 66,000L/min exhaust output

These headers are designed for Ford Falcon XR, XT, XW and XY fitted with 302 or 351 4V Cleveland engines, subject to the transmission and shifter restrictions listed above.

Will these headers fit C6 automatic vehicles?
No. Pacemaker PH4075 headers are not designed to fit C6 automatic applications.

Do these headers suit 2V Cleveland heads?
No. PH4075 is specifically designed for 4V Cleveland heads and is not suitable for 2V head applications.

Are gaskets included?
Tapered outlet reducers with gaskets are included. The recommended header gasket for this application is DSF018.
