Featuring an interference-style design with 45mm primary pipes, 51mm secondary pipes and 63mm flanged outlets, WILD261 is designed to improve exhaust gas flow and scavenging for better torque, throttle response and usable engine performance.

Important: WILD261 will not fit left-hand-drive vehicles.

Installation Tips

• Apply penetrating lubricant such as WD-40 or similar to manifold studs, nuts and exhaust fasteners before removal
• Remove all traces of the old manifold gaskets and inspect the cylinder-head sealing surfaces
• Fit new DSF818 exhaust manifold/header gaskets
• Trial-fit both header assemblies and check all clearances before fully tightening the mounting hardware
• Check clearance around steering components, engine mounts, transmission, starter motor and surrounding components
• Protect the painted or ceramic-coated header surfaces during trial fitting and installation
• Ensure oxygen sensors, catalytic converters and emissions-control equipment are correctly retained where applicable
• Check all exhaust connections for leaks after installation
• Inspect and re-tighten the header mounting hardware after the initial heat cycles
