Outlet Connection: WILD107 uses a 51mm (2.00") slip outlet. Check the condition and dimensions of the existing exhaust connection before installation.

What's Included

  • 1 x Wildcat WILD107 header/extractor assembly

Gaskets, bolts and other installation hardware should not be assumed to be included unless confirmed with the current product before ordering.

Recommended With

RBG107 – replacement header/manifold gasket.

Before installation, inspect the existing exhaust system, manifold studs, engine mounts and associated mounting hardware.

Why Good Headers & Exhaust Systems Matter

At 4,000 rpm, the 1.3L E13 engine theoretically draws approximately 2,600 litres of intake air per minute at 100% volumetric efficiency and expels around 7,800 litres of hot exhaust gas per minute at approximately 600°C.

At the same engine speed, the 1.5L E15 engine theoretically draws approximately 3,000 litres of intake air per minute and expels around 9,000 litres of hot exhaust gas per minute at approximately 600°C.

A well-designed header and exhaust system helps manage this high gas flow efficiently, reducing restriction and improving exhaust scavenging, torque, throttle response and engine performance.

Installation Tips

Before installation, confirm that the vehicle is a Nissan Pulsar N12 fitted with the 1.3L E13 or 1.5L E15 engine.

Check the existing exhaust connection because WILD107 uses a 51mm (2.00") slip outlet.

Lubricate threaded fasteners with WD-40 or a similar penetrating lubricant before removal to assist with easier removal and installation.

Professional installation is recommended. After installation and several heat cycles, inspect the exhaust system for leaks and recheck accessible fasteners where appropriate.

Warranty & Compliance

Installation must comply with applicable Australian state or territory requirements relating to exhaust noise, emissions and vehicle modifications.
