Mitsubishi Pajero's are renowned for cracking exhaust manifolds. The best option is fitting a set of exhaust headers which not only fixes the problem but also will improve your cars fuel economy, drivability, & overall performance by allowing more flow via the exhaust system. These headers are press bent and made 409 stainless steel for durability. In most street applications the difference in performance between press bent and non press bent header pipes would make very little if any in performance on street driven cars.
