The Hurricane HU110STM headers are a practical performance upgrade for classic Mazda B-series utes. Designed to replace the heavy and restrictive factory exhaust manifold, these headers allow the engine to breath more efficiently, improving throttle response and overall drivability.

Why Good Headers & Exhaust Systems Matter
At 4000 rpm, a typical 2.0L engine draws approximately 4,000 litres of air per minute. Once combustion occurs and exhaust gases reach high temperatures (around 600°C), this expands to roughly 12,000 litres per minute exiting the engine.
The factory manifold restricts this flow. A properly designed header like the HU110STM allows exhaust gases to exit more efficiently, reducing backpressure and helping the engine perform the way it should.

A: They are designed for B1600, B1800 and B2000 models with round port engines . Always confirm engine type before ordering.
Q: Will these fit Left Hand Drive models?
A: Yes these headers will fit LHD with no issues that I'm aware of.
Q: Are these a direct bolt-on replacement?
A: Generally yes for standard vehicles, however older vehicles may have had modifications so fitment should always be checked.
Q: Is the gasket included?
A: No, the matching gasket is HG110 and is available separately.
Q: Are these mandrel bent?
A: No, these are a press-bent header design.
Q: What size exhaust should I run?
A: These headers use a 45mm outlet, making them ideal for matching to the factory system.
For best performance the outlet pipe of headers and exhaust system should be changed to 2.00" or 2.25"
