Wildcat WILD076 exhaust headers (extractors) are designed for selected Ford Falcon XR, XT and XW models fitted with 289ci and 302ci Windsor V8 engines.

Manufactured in Australia, WILD076 features an interference header design for street performance applications. The combination of 1.50" primary pipes, 1.75" secondary pipes and 2.00" outlets is designed to improve exhaust scavenging, exhaust gas flow, torque, throttle response and usable engine performance.

Important: WILD076 will not fit vehicles fitted with a C6 automatic transmission.

Installation Tips

• Lubricate manifold studs, nuts and exhaust fasteners with WD-40 or a similar penetrating lubricant before removal.
• Remove all traces of the old manifold gaskets before installing the headers.
• Inspect the cylinder-head sealing surfaces, manifold studs and threads before installation.
• Fit new DSF003 gaskets and use high-temperature exhaust sealant where recommended.
• Trial-fit both headers before fully tightening the fasteners.
• Check clearance around steering, starter motor, transmission, engine mounts and bodywork.
• Protect the painted header surfaces during installation.
• Re-tighten the header/manifold bolts after approximately 500km to help maintain a reliable gasket seal.
