Installation Tips

• Apply penetrating lubricant such as WD-40 or similar to manifold studs, nuts and exhaust fasteners before removal
• Remove all traces of the old manifold gaskets and inspect the cylinder-head sealing surfaces
• Fit suitable new exhaust manifold/header gaskets
• Trial-fit both headers and check all clearances before fully tightening the mounting hardware
• Adaptation to the existing exhaust system is required
• Check exhaust alignment before welding or completing the downstream connections
• Inspect manifold studs and nuts and replace damaged or heavily corroded hardware where required
