Designed for improved exhaust scavenging and torque response, these tuned-length extractors are ideal for high performance or classic restoration builds.

Performance Insight

At 4000 rpm, a Ford 250ci (4.1L) inline-six draws approximately 8,200 L/min of intake air and expels around 24,600 L/min of exhaust gas. These tuned headers enhance exhaust pulse timing and flow velocity, producing smoother mid-range torque and improved response compared to restrictive factory manifolds.

Installation Tips

To prevent scratches during fitting, wrap headers in cling wrap before installation. Once positioned, cut around the flange, fit bolts, and remove the wrap before final tightening. Lubricate all fasteners with WD-40 for easier installation and removal.
