Engine Check Light Fix (SNP06) is an O2 sensor adaptor with an inbuilt miniature euro 4 catalytic converter, designed to help reduce or prevent false Check Engine Light (CEL) warnings—especially when using high-flow catalytic converters or while waiting on replacement parts. Available in Straight, 45° and 90° angles to simplify tight-space installations.

Fitment & Application

Vehicles built from ~2000-on commonly use multiple oxygen sensors (e.g. two on most 4-cyl models and up to four on V6/V8 models). This adaptor is intended for the secondary (post-cat) O2 sensor, typically located immediately after the primary catalytic converter.

Installation Overview

1. Locate the secondary/post-cat O2 sensor (after the primary catalytic converter).
2. Carefully remove the O2 sensor from the exhaust.
3. Thread the SNP06 adaptor into the O2 bung, then reinstall the O2 sensor into the adaptor.
4. Clear any stored fault codes if required and road test.

Tip: Select the angle (Straight/45°/90°) that provides the best clearance from heat shields, floors, or drivetrain components.
