Hurricane HU233STM exhaust headers (extractors) are designed for selected Toyota Celica ST162, ST184 and ST204 models from 1985 to 1999 fitted with the 2.0L 3S-FE or 2.2L 5S-FE petrol engine.

Featuring mandrel-bent 1¾" (45mm) primary pipes, 2" (51mm) secondary pipes and a 2¼" (57mm) outlet, HU233STM replaces the restrictive factory exhaust manifold and is designed to improve exhaust gas flow for better torque, throttle response and engine performance.

Fitment Note: The header outlet must be adapted to the vehicle's exhaust system during installation.

Why Good Headers & Exhaust Systems Matter

At 4,000 rpm, the 2.0L 3S-FE four-cylinder engine theoretically draws in approximately 4,000 litres of intake air per minute and can expel around 12,000 litres of hot exhaust gas per minute at approximately 600°C.

At the same engine speed, the 2.2L 5S-FE theoretically draws in approximately 4,400 litres of intake air per minute and can expel around 13,200 litres of hot exhaust gas per minute at approximately 600°C.
