We needed to make a new 2 1/2" link pipe from the new headers to the new catalytic, [both supplied] so a jig was made to ensure correct fittment |

New link pipe is going to be larger than the original so the jig rests are spaced away slightly from pipe. | |||
 |
with a few mandrel bends & patience the new stainless steel mandrel bends pipes are ready to weld together. | |||

Once the new headers [supplied] are in place the link pipe is bolted to the header outlet & then bolted to the high flow cat converter [supplied] | |||

These are a nice set of pipes, excellent quality supplied by customer | |||

The original system was left in place to ensure the new 2 1/2" link pipe is correct, image shows the flanges line up perfectly. | |||

From the cat back customer has chosen to use the xforce exhaust stainless steel 2 1/2" system |

The xforce system fits up pretty will, clips were required to ensure the rear muffler mounting pins don't slip out of 4 rear the exhaust rubbers |
