Magnaflow catalytic converters have been used on this application

Sensor fitting are not provided so sensor fitting [2] need to positioned and welded to the new catalytic converters

The new headers suppllied by customer have 2 1/2" outlets

The new cats have the inlet side opened to 2 1/2", the cat outlets are 2 1/4", so the twin 2 1/4" pipes are made to fit up to the already fitted xforce cat back exhaust system

The xforce exhaust hasnt been fitted very well, the height of the rear mufflers & tips are differant.

The rear mufflers are loosened and refitted in the correct position

We also painted the pipework and rear mufflers with high temp matt black paint, this makes the exhaust system look much better & less obvious.
The matt black paint we use is rated to 800deg so it will easily handle the heat involved.
