Our new headers hopefully will exit from the rear if room allows. Not sure if right hand side pipes will fit until completed including egr. One thing for sure to change oil filter the right side header will need to be removed

Because of the limited room available we start the right side first so when headers are complete both the left and right headers are the same lengths, this image shows no 1 pipe and no 2 pipe clamped into postion just to see if they can be removed from the rear of engine.

Looking from the top, its now possible to see how much room is left to connect to the primary pipes [1 3/4"]. This assembly is now removed back to the jig

I use two hose clamps with two small pieces
of tube to hold pipes together

Once back on the jig connecting the
primary pipes [1 5/8"] to the secondary
pipes [1 3/4"] will be much easier which
would be impossible on the car

Once bolted to the jig pipe supports are made and tacked welded in position, this ensures once these pipes are disassembled they can only be refitted in the same position

Each primary [1 5/8"] pipe is water filled
to ensure exact length

Primary and secondary pipes are tacked together, first pipe is tacked welded to header flange then fitted to car to ensure correct clearances. Once checked, pipe is removed from flange then next pipe is tacked to flange and again fitted to ensure correct clearances, this process continues until all pipes fit perfectly.

All pipes are the tack welded to header flange, at the collector end we have only clamped pipes together as i,m still not sure if all pipes welded to the header flange will fit into engine bay.

After removing steering rack, sway bar and other various items, completed pipes somehow fit. steering rack, sway bar are again refitted to check clearances.

Completed headers back from ceramic coaters
ceramic coating reduces exhaust temp.
After running for around 10 minutes at the collector
is 55 degrees, directly after collector 175 degrees
These pipes will keep engine bay much cooler.

Check Engine Light Fixes have been installed,
these
have built in miniature
Euro 3 cat converters
built in to prevent check engine issues, they are not just to remove sensor from gas flow, not sure if they will work but definatley worth a try. After first start up no check engine light

Original Rear Mufflers
have been reused, no power gain
would be achieved by changing these.
