The "X"
System
The exhaust gases from left and right extractor mix
in the x section,this evens out the exhaust gas back
pressure ,giving the engine a much smoother note.
A slight reduction in overall diameter in the x area,
the exhaust gas speed increases through the x which
helps [slightly] by creating a scavenging effect

tailpipes finish this exhaust system
I recommend using 2 1/4" or 2 1/2" tailpipes
for street driving,keeps the sound level under 96dba
[legal] drops the power output slightly but the noise
reduction is worth it,the smaller the tailpipes the
less amount of
exhaust noise By flanging the mufflers you can just
unbolt the smaller tailpipes for the 1/4 mile
