All our custom headers
are made so the firing order is in sequence, The
drivers side needs to clear the steering shaft,
starter motor while keeping all pipes in the
correct firing order and length.
When making custom pipes i always make the hard
side first, [most cases drivers side] move

The header are made to give maximum clearance
around the transmission
[helps prevent heat transfer]
From the header outlet flanges
back, the exhaust system is 304 3" stainless
steel. All pipe work bends, flanges [Tig welding
used] The mufflers used are Magnaflow, these straight
through performance mufflers are the best flowing
and looking mufflers available for this type of
high quality exhaust system
The "X" System
The exhaust gases from left and right extractor
mix in the x section, this evens out the exhaust
gas back pressure giving the engine a much smoother
note. A slight reduction in overall diameter in
the x area, the exhaust gas speed increases through
the x which helps [slightly] by creating a scavenging
effect.
